The Northam Eco Lifestyle Village will have an open feel ‘country clubhouse’ facility that will be built in a similar methodology to the housing, taking advantage of the spectacular views available nestled into the elevated hillside. Along with expansive decking and open multifunctional areas the Clubhouse will feature; Retirement Homes in WA

In the Clubhouse precinct, there will be a BBQ area set in a naturally enhanced landscaped area with a tree lined corridor that runs directly to the winter creek dam.

Between the Clubhouse and the primary dam will be a Productive Landscape area.  A wide range of seasonal fruit, vegetables and nuts will be planted with a view to providing organic produce to benefit Village residents.  Keen gardeners amongst the residents will be welcome to participate in the cultivation, maintenance and active use of this area.

Part of the Clubhouse facility will be a purpose-built under croft area to facilitate a range of leisure activities which add to the Eco Lifestyle experience.  We envisage the inclusion of storage of productive landscape produce, and jam and preserve-making amenities.

As part of the philosophy of encouraging an open and interactive community which is connected to the local town/broader community there will be times when externally approved functions and access will be hosted at Village facilities to the benefit of residents.

Following completion of the Clubhouse, an on-site Recycling Centre and Men’s Shed will be built. These will be designed following consultation with existing Village Resident’s at that time.
